Ce que ces conditions couvrent<\/h2>\n    <p>Ces conditions s'appliquent aux services de voyage que nous organisons pour vous \u2014 vols, h\u00e9bergement, transferts a\u00e9roportuaires, excursions, guides, interpr\u00e8tes et prestations connexes \u2014 qu'ils soient r\u00e9serv\u00e9s individuellement ou ensemble.<\/p>\n    <p>Lorsque nous organisons un service qui est fourni par quelqu'un d'autre (une compagnie a\u00e9rienne, un h\u00f4tel, une entreprise de transport, un guide), les propres conditions de ce fournisseur s'appliquent \u00e9galement \u00e0 vous. Lorsque ces conditions sont pertinentes pour votre d\u00e9cision \u2014 par exemple un billet d'avion non remboursable \u2014, nous les indiquons dans votre devis \u00e9crit avant que vous ne payiez.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>3. Comment une r\u00e9servation est effectu\u00e9e<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n      <li><b>Vous envoyez une demande<\/b> par WhatsApp, par e-mail ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. C'est gratuit et sans engagement.<\/li>\n      <li><b>Nous envoyons un devis \u00e9crit<\/b> d\u00e9finissant les services, le prix total, la devise, l'\u00e9ch\u00e9ancier de paiement et les conditions d'annulation applicables \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n      <li><b>Vous acceptez le devis par \u00e9crit<\/b> \u2014 une r\u00e9ponse par e-mail ou WhatsApp suffit.<\/li>\n      <li><b>Vous versez l'acompte.<\/b> Une r\u00e9servation ne devient d\u00e9finitive pour nous deux que lorsque nous avons re\u00e7u l'acompte et vous avons envoy\u00e9 une confirmation \u00e9crite.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n    <div class=\"box\">\n      <p><b>Rien n'est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 tant que vous n'avez pas pay\u00e9 et que nous n'avons pas confirm\u00e9 par \u00e9crit.<\/b> D'ici l\u00e0, les prix et la disponibilit\u00e9 peuvent changer \u2014 en particulier pour les vols, dont les tarifs \u00e9voluent quotidiennement. Si un prix change entre le devis et le paiement, nous vous en informerons avant de pr\u00e9lever le moindre montant.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>4. Prix et devise<\/h2>\n    <p>Nous cotons en <b>euro (EUR)<\/b>, <b>Dollars am\u00e9ricains (USD)<\/b> ou <b>livres sterling (GBP)<\/b>. La devise sera indiqu\u00e9e sur votre devis.<\/p>\n    <p>Le total sur votre devis \u00e9crit est <b>corrig\u00e9<\/b>. Une fois que vous l'avez accept\u00e9 et que vous avez vers\u00e9 l'acompte, nous ne l'augmenterons pas en raison des fluctuations mon\u00e9taires, des hausses de prix des fournisseurs ou des co\u00fbts de carburant. Ce risque est le n\u00f4tre, pas le v\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n    <p>Les prix ne peuvent changer que si <b>vous<\/b> modifier la r\u00e9servation (voir la section 7), ou si une autorit\u00e9 publique introduit une nouvelle taxe ou redevance que nous sommes l\u00e9galement tenus de r\u00e9percuter. Dans ce cas, nous vous indiquerons la base officielle de la modification et vous pourrez annuler sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 si vous ne l'acceptez pas.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>5. Paiement<\/h2>\n    <h3>5.1 D\u00e9p\u00f4t et solde<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Un acompte de <b>50%<\/b> du total est payable pour confirmer la r\u00e9servation.<\/li>\n      <li>Le <b>solde<\/b> est d\u00fb au plus tard <b>21 jours avant<\/b> le d\u00e9but de votre voyage.<\/li>\n      <li>Si vous r\u00e9servez dans les 21 jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le voyage, le montant total est payable au moment de la r\u00e9servation.<\/li>\n      <li>Certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u2014 le plus souvent les billets d'avion \u2014 doivent \u00eatre pay\u00e9s en totalit\u00e9 au moment de la r\u00e9servation, car la compagnie a\u00e9rienne exige un paiement imm\u00e9diat. Lorsque cela s'applique, il est indiqu\u00e9 sur votre devis.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <h3>5.2 Comment vous pouvez payer<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li><b>Virement bancaire<\/b> sur le compte de l'entreprise indiqu\u00e9 sur votre devis ou facture.<\/li>\n      <li><b>Carte de cr\u00e9dit ou de d\u00e9bit<\/b>, via une page de paiement s\u00e9curis\u00e9e fournie par notre banque. Nous ne voyons, ne traitons et ne stockons vos coordonn\u00e9es bancaires \u00e0 aucun moment.<\/li>\n      <li><b>Esp\u00e8ces<\/b>, \u00e0 notre bureau ou \u00e0 l'arriv\u00e9e, lorsque le service le permet \u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour les transferts et les excursions.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <div class=\"box\">\n      <p><b>Ce qui appara\u00eetra sur votre relev\u00e9 de carte ou votre relev\u00e9 bancaire.<\/b> MOC Travel est le nom commercial de <i>Bookinhospital.com Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve Ticaret Ltd. \u015eti.<\/i>, qui est la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9\u00e9e qui se cache derri\u00e8re cette agence. Si quelqu'un pr\u00e9tendant \u00eatre nous vous le demande, arr\u00eatez-vous et t\u00e9l\u00e9phonez-nous au +90 536 568 17 96.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n    <h3>5.3 Paiement tardif<\/h3>\n    <p>Si le solde n'est pas re\u00e7u \u00e0 la date d'\u00e9ch\u00e9ance, nous vous contacterons avant de prendre toute autre mesure. S'il reste impay\u00e9, nous pourrons consid\u00e9rer la r\u00e9servation comme annul\u00e9e par vos soins et les conditions d'annulation de l'article 8 s'appliqueront.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>6. Ce qui est et n'est pas inclus<\/h2>\n    <p>Votre devis liste exactement ce qui est inclus. Sauf indication contraire, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants sont\n       <b>pas<\/b> inclus<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Frais de visa, lorsqu'un visa est exig\u00e9<\/li>\n      <li>Assurance voyage<\/li>\n      <li>Repas non sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s<\/li>\n      <li>D\u00e9penses personnelles, pourboires et excursions optionnelles<\/li>\n      <li>Medical treatment and anything connected with it<\/li>\n      <li>Excess baggage charges<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>7. Changes you ask for<\/h2>\n    <p>Tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can. Some changes are free; others cost money\n       because the airline or hotel charges us. We will always tell you the cost <b>avant<\/b> making\n       any change, and you can decide then.<\/p>\n    <p>Name changes on airline tickets are usually treated by airlines as a new booking. Please check\n       that the names you give us match your passports exactly.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>8. If you cancel<\/h2>\n    <p>Tell us in writing \u2014 email or WhatsApp is fine. The date we receive your message is the\n       cancellation date.<\/p>\n    <p><b>What you get back depends on the cancellation terms of each supplier<\/b>, and those terms are\n       written into your quote before you pay. They differ enormously: a hotel room may be fully\n       refundable until a few days before arrival, while a discounted airline ticket may be\n       non-refundable from the moment it is issued.<\/p>\n    <p>We do not publish a single cancellation table, because doing so would be misleading. We would\n       rather show you the real terms for your actual booking, in advance, in writing.<\/p>\n    <p>Where we are able to recover money from a supplier, we pass it back to you. We deduct only the\n       costs we cannot recover, plus any transfer or card processing fees actually incurred. We will\n       show you the breakdown.<\/p>\n    <div class=\"box\">\n      <p><b>Read the cancellation lines on your quote before you pay.<\/b> They are the part of the\n         document that matters most, and they are the reason we put them in writing rather than\n         burying them in a link.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>9. If we cancel or change<\/h2>\n    <p>We will not cancel your booking for commercial reasons once it is confirmed.<\/p>\n    <p>If a supplier makes a significant change \u2014 an airline reschedules, a hotel closes \u2014 we will tell\n       you as soon as we know and offer you a comparable alternative, or a full refund of the affected\n       element, whichever you prefer.<\/p>\n    <p>If we have to cancel for a reason within our control, you receive a <b>full refund<\/b> of\n       everything you have paid us.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>10. Events beyond anyone's control<\/h2>\n    <p>Neither of us is responsible for failing to perform because of events that could not reasonably\n       be foreseen or avoided \u2014 including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes,\n       airspace closures and decisions of public authorities.<\/p>\n    <p>If such an event prevents your trip, we will refund whatever we can recover from suppliers, and\n       we will help you claim the rest from your insurer. We will not profit from the situation, and we\n       will show you what we received and what we passed on.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>11. Passports, visas and entry<\/h2>\n    <p>It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport and any visa or permit required for your\n       journey, and to meet the entry requirements of T\u00fcrkiye and of any country you transit.<\/p>\n    <p>We will tell you what we understand the current requirements to be for your nationality, and we\n       confirm them before you book. That is information, not a guarantee \u2014 rules change, and only the\n       relevant authority can decide whether you may enter.<\/p>\n    <p>If you are refused boarding or entry because of missing or incorrect documents, the booking is\n       treated as cancelled by you.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>12. Travel insurance<\/h2>\n    <p>We strongly recommend that you hold travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation\n       and cancellation, for the whole of your trip.<\/p>\n    <p>We are not insurance intermediaries. We do not sell policies and we earn nothing from\n       recommending them. Please note in particular that the <b>EHIC and UK GHIC do not provide any\n       cover in T\u00fcrkiye<\/b>, as T\u00fcrkiye is not in the EU or EEA.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>13. Health and medical matters<\/h2>\n    <p>MOC Travel is a travel agency. <b>We do not provide medical services, medical advice or\n       treatment, and we do not quote treatment prices.<\/b><\/p>\n    <p>Where you are travelling in connection with medical treatment, we arrange the travel around the\n       dates your medical provider gives you. Your relationship regarding the treatment itself is with\n       that provider, not with us, and any medical question should be directed to them.<\/p>\n    <p>You are responsible for telling us about any mobility need, dietary requirement or condition that\n       affects the travel arrangements, so that we can plan appropriately.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>14. Your behaviour<\/h2>\n    <p>Suppliers may refuse to carry or accommodate a person whose behaviour endangers or seriously\n       disturbs others. If that happens, the arrangements affected end at that point and no refund is\n       due. You remain responsible for any damage you cause.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>15. Our responsibility<\/h2>\n    <p>We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill, and for selecting\n       suppliers with reasonable care.<\/p>\n    <p>We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers beyond that duty, nor\n       for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, nor for events described in section 10.<\/p>\n    <p>Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability\n       for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>16. Complaints<\/h2>\n    <p><b>While you are travelling:<\/b> tell us immediately, on WhatsApp or by telephone. Most problems\n       \u2014 a room that is not what was booked, a driver who has not arrived \u2014 can be fixed within the\n       hour if we know about them. A problem reported after you get home usually cannot be fixed at all.<\/p>\n    <p><b>After you return:<\/b> write to <a href=\"mailto:info@moctravel.com\">info@moctravel.com<\/a>.\n       We will acknowledge within 3 working days and give you a substantive answer within 15 days.<\/p>\n    <p>If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to <b>T\u00dcRSAB<\/b> (the Association of\n       Turkish Travel Agencies), of which we are a member, or to the competent Turkish consumer\n       arbitration committee (<i>T\u00fcketici Hakem Heyeti<\/i>) or consumer court.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>17. Personal data<\/h2>\n    <p>We process your personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698\n       (KVKK). Please see our <a href=\"\/fr\/confidentialite\/\">privacy notice<\/a>, which explains what we collect,\n       why, who we share it with and what rights you have.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>18. Governing law<\/h2>\n    <p>These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of \u0130stanbul, T\u00fcrkiye\n       have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings\n       in your country of residence.<\/p>\n    <p>These terms are published in English.
