Before you write to us
Do I need a visa for Türkiye?
It depends on your passport. Many nationalities enter visa-free or with an e-Visa obtained online in minutes. Tell us your passport country and we will confirm the current rule before you book anything.
Are you a real, licensed agency?
Yes — and you can check it yourself in about ten seconds. We operate under MOC Health Sağlık Turizm, holder of A-group Travel Agency Operating Licence no. 13801, issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism under Law no. 1618 and held since 2022.
Open the official TÜRSAB register at online.tursab.org.tr, enter licence number 13801, and our record will appear. Please do — we would rather you booked with a verified agency, even if it turns out not to be us.
How do I pay, and when?
You receive a written quote with a fixed total. Nothing is charged until you approve it. Payment is by bank transfer or card, against an official invoice.
What if I need to cancel or change my dates?
Cancellation terms depend on the airline and hotel, and they are written into your quote before you pay — never hidden afterwards. We handle the rebooking for you.
Do you speak my language?
We work in English and Turkish, and arrange interpreters for Arabic, German and Russian on request — including for hospital appointments.
Can you organise treatment as well as travel?
The medical side is handled by our sister company BookingHospital, which works directly with hospitals and doctors. We build the travel around your treatment dates so the two fit together.
