Why an A-group licence matters: it is the category that permits an agency to sell flights, hotels, tours and transfers. It requires capital, professional qualifications and a financial guarantee, and it can be withdrawn. An unlicensed "agency" has none of that to lose if something goes wrong with your booking.
Two companies, one owner
MOC Travel and BookingHospital.
Both belong to the same Turkish company. We keep them separate on purpose, because they are different jobs and mixing them would serve nobody.
MOC Travel — this site
The travel agency. Flights, hotels, airport transfers, tours, and the logistics of medical trips. Licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
BookingHospital
The medical side. Hospitals, doctors and treatment planning. If you have not chosen a clinic yet, start there — then come back to us for the travel.
Why we do not blur the two: a company that quotes you a treatment price and an airfare in the same breath has an incentive to fill a hospital, not to give you advice. We do not give medical advice and we do not quote treatment. That boundary is the point.
