Two hotels can have the same rating, the same price and the same photographs — and one of them is a twenty-minute walk uphill from anywhere you want to be. That difference is the whole job.

Practical details
Lift or four flights of stairs? Breakfast included? Quiet side of the building? We check.
Near your treatment
For medical visits we book within short reach of the hospital — recovery is not the time for traffic.

A note on ratings: Turkish hotel stars are awarded on facilities, not on quality. A five-star with a conference hall can be worse than a well-run boutique with three. We rate on how the last guests we sent actually felt.

Before you write
Is it cheaper to book directly?
Sometimes by a small margin, sometimes not — agency rates are often below public ones. Where we are clearly more expensive we will say so and you can book it yourself.
When do I pay?
After you approve the written quote. Many hotels allow payment on arrival; where a deposit is required, that is stated in the quote before you commit.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the hotel and rate. They are written into your quote in plain English before you pay — never hidden afterwards.
Do you book outside İstanbul?
Yes — Cappadocia, Antalya, Bodrum, İzmir, Fethiye and the rest. Multi-city trips are normal for us; we handle the internal flights or transfers between them too.
