Do I have to commit to anything to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. If the price is not right for you, say so — we would rather adjust the plan than lose you over a misunderstanding.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, but please write first so someone is there to meet you. Most of our work is done before guests arrive in Türkiye, so the office is not a walk-in shop.
Do you handle medical enquiries here?
No. Treatment questions go to our sister company BookingHospital. We handle the travel around your treatment — see medical travel.
