We are the travel side. Nothing more, and we say so plainly.
A lot of websites blur this. We would rather be clear, because you are making a medical decision and you deserve to know exactly who is telling you what.
MOC Travel — what we do
Flights, hotel near the clinic, airport and hospital transfers, interpreters, companion arrangements, and the day-to-day logistics of being in a foreign city while recovering. We are a licensed travel agency.
What we do not do
We do not give medical advice, recommend procedures, quote treatment prices or arrange doctors. That is the responsibility of your medical provider — for many of our guests, our sister company BookingHospital.
Same company, two specialities. MOC Travel and BookingHospital belong to the same Turkish company. That means one invoice trail and one point of contact — but the medical conversation stays with the medical people, where it belongs.

Flights, hotel, transfers and interpreter as one written plan with a fixed total.
You arrive and are looked after
Met at the airport, driven to appointments, and helped if anything changes while you are here.
Questions
Before you write
Can you tell me what my treatment will cost?
No — and be careful with anyone who quotes a medical price before seeing your records. Treatment planning and pricing come from your medical provider. We quote the travel.
Can I fly home straight after treatment?
That is a medical question for your doctor, not for us. Tell us what they advise and we book the return flight accordingly — usually with a changeable fare, for good reason.
Do you arrange the hospital as well?
Not directly. Our sister company BookingHospital works with hospitals and doctors. If you have not chosen a provider yet, start there and come back to us for the travel.
My companion is coming. Does that change anything?
Only for the better. Tell us at the start — room type, seats together on the flight and a vehicle with space for two plus luggage are all easier to arrange early than late.
Is my information kept private?
We only ask for what a travel agency needs: names, passport details, dates and addresses. We do not ask for your medical records and do not want them. Data is handled under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
